It looks like nearly everything revolves around chemistry in some sort of way especially the foods we consume. I swear if I ever brought this up at the family table I'd receive a few odd stares.
I think this is very cool. I have never put a turkey in brine stuff so it would be fun to try it and see if there is any difference. It is interesting to see how chemistry works into many aspects of life such as food.
I knew chemistry could be fun. However I never would have guessed that it could make cooking simpler. Now if only there was a way that science could make "Black Friday".

It's crazy how if you really look into things chemistry is almost guaranteed to be there! Honestly never thought about cooking like that, I thought it was all just about time and measurements but nope, there's chemistry too! With the turkey thing, I think it'd be a good thing to try because dry turkey is never good turkey. And the fact that foods can be a thing that can prevent cancer is something that could maybe even save lives.

This video is great but my grandma would kill me if I attempted to change her recipe. Maybe one day I could use these tips for myself. Im not a huge fan of turkey due to how dry it can be so maybe it will help.
